About the job
Leads real estate legal work for Fluidstack’s data center buildout, structuring and negotiating transactions and enabling deals to close efficiently.
What you'll do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate transactions, including land deals, leases, financing, zoning, title, and environmental matters.
- Create real estate form agreements, build local counsel networks, and manage outside counsel.
- Lead cross-functional transactions and advise business leaders on legal and commercial issues.
