About the job
Own manufacturing engineering for chassis fabrication, developing and launching production processes for steel module frames while improving yield, cost, and cycle time.
What you'll do
- Develop process plans, including routings, work instructions, fixtures, and cycle times for weld-heavy fabrication.
- Launch fabrication lines and product revisions, including PFMEAs, capability runs, and ramp curves.
- Use production data to reduce scrap, rework, cost, and cycle time.
