About the job
Owns sourcing, contracting, and ongoing management of contractor labor and site-support services for Fluidstack locations across multiple states.
What you'll do
- Build and manage supplier networks and contracting frameworks for skilled trades and site services.
- Negotiate workforce-support services and ensure awareness of union jurisdictions and labor-compliance requirements.
- Partner with Recruiting and other teams on contract-to-hire pipelines and local workforce-development programs.
What they ask for
- Experience sourcing and managing contract labor and trades at scale across multiple sites in construction, data centers, or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of rate cards, MSA/SOW frameworks, and contractor qualification standards for rapid workforce mobilization.
- Understanding of union jurisdictions and labor compliance, including prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon.
- Experience procuring site-support services under fluctuating headcount and partnering across relevant teams.

Pay
$128K – $203K USD total compensation; offers equity
