About the job
Leads 24/7 data center site operations, including critical infrastructure availability, safety, site staffing, hardware and network repairs, incident response, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams.
What you'll do
- Operate critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire-safety, and building-control systems to meet customer SLAs; lead site safety programs.
- Build and manage facility, hardware, and network teams; run repair queues, incident response, change management, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with construction, commissioning, colocation providers, and utilities to ensure operational readiness and safe handover.
