Leads utility-scale solar and battery storage projects from development handoff through commercial operation, managing delivery across schedule, budget, contracts, construction, and interconnection.
What you'll do
- Own integrated schedules, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change orders, and project risk across concurrent sites.
- Manage procurement and contract lifecycle, EPC contractors, interconnection milestones, and lender reporting through project close-out.
- Lead field project teams and coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and project stakeholders.
What they ask for
- Led utility-scale solar or solar-plus-storage projects from NTP through COD and delivered on budget.
- Working knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes sufficient to review bids and oversee EPC execution.
- Project-level budget ownership, including earned-value tracking, owner-controlled contingency, and change-order governance.
- Managed interconnection milestones and navigated CAISO, MISO, ERCOT, or PJM queue processes.
Nice to have
- PMI-PMP or equivalent.
- BESS and substation construction; multi-state portfolio delivery; lender reporting and project finance interface.
Pay
