About the job
Architect and lead development of solid-state transformer (SST) power-conversion systems for gigawatt-scale AI data centers, from system design through prototype hardware.
What you'll do
- Select SST topology and semiconductor strategy, and own architecture and system trade-offs.
- Lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers from architecture to working hardware; define interfaces with the MVDC systems team.
- Plan the prototype program and roadmap, recommend build versus partner, and develop vendor and research partnerships.
