What you'll do
- Support financing execution across bond, loan, equipment, and project finance transactions, coordinating diligence and documentation.
- Build, maintain, and audit transaction models; analyze credit support, capital structures, and investment returns.
- Coordinate counsel, advisors, lenders, and internal teams; support investor and lender materials.
What they ask for
- Experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or a related capital markets role at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor.
- Exposure to deal execution, including diligence, documentation, and lender and advisor coordination.
- Ability to build, maintain, and audit transaction models for multi-tranche capital structures, with senior guidance.
- Clear writing skills for memos, summaries, and deal-tracking materials.
