What you'll do
- Own accounts payable from bill receipt through payment and reconciliation, including resolving supplier and internal payment discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close with reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and AP reporting; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Improve invoice-to-pay workflows and procedures using ERP and AP systems.
