Lead Focused Energy’s Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding function, building the team, standards, and operating model to support hiring as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop five TA Partners and a TA Enablement & Analytics Partner.
- Establish consistent hiring processes and enable hiring managers through training, coaching, and tools.
- Own ATS configuration, data, adoption, and reporting; use hiring data to improve processes and build employer branding.
