Provides primary ownership of commercial contracts and leads strategic partnership negotiations while supporting corporate governance, business teams, and legal operations.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial agreements, including partnership, vendor, licensing, data/API, and marketing agreements.
- Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and advise business teams on legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Support corporate governance and financing matters and build internal legal workflows, templates, and negotiation playbooks.
