About the job
Deploy and configure Footprint’s Percy platform for banks and fintechs, building customer-specific investigation agents and validating their results against historical cases to bring implementations into production.
What you'll do
- Lead Percy deployments and integrations; configure and iterate on agents until their outputs are trusted and production-ready.
- Run backtests on customers’ historical cases, troubleshoot bugs and edge cases, and partner with core engineering on deeper fixes.
- Build repeatable implementation tools and patterns, maintain technical customer relationships, and relay field needs to the product team.
