About the job

What you'll do
- Provision, deploy, isolate, and scale sandboxed agent compute for regulated customer data.
- Build observability for reliability, latency, and cost across Rust services and AI agents; improve end-to-end debugging.
- Own CI/CD, pull-request environments, merge and testing systems, and infrastructure build-versus-buy decisions.
What they ask for
- 4+ years operating production infrastructure on a major cloud.
- Fluency with infrastructure-as-code and experience managing infrastructure declaratively.
- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and build and deploy systems used across an engineering organization.
- Depth with relational databases, especially Postgres, including performance, scaling, and safe schema and operational changes.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying or sandboxing AI-agent and LLM workloads (Modal or similar serverless compute).
- Security-minded infrastructure experience, or experience with multi-tenant systems handling regulated data.
