About the job
Own the sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing performance review of Fora’s destination management company (DMC) partners.
What you'll do
- Identify portfolio gaps, source prospective DMCs, and screen inbound applicants; improve the existing selection process.
- Assess partner quality, reliability, and capacity; onboard new DMCs and evaluate current partners for renewal, renegotiation, or removal.
- Coordinate with the Partners team on commercial terms and establish a quarterly DMC performance review cycle.
