Design and improve Fora Portal experiences for travel advisors, from research and prototyping through implementation, QA, and design-system contributions.
What you'll do
- Lead product design from research and discovery through design, prototyping, handoff, and QA; conduct mixed-method research and synthesize findings to inform product strategy.
- Design features and workflows for advisor tools, balancing customer needs, quality, speed, and business opportunity; contribute to the Design System.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams; communicate design decisions and align stakeholders around solutions.
