Build and improve Fora’s AI-powered advisor products, including agent tools, orchestration, evaluation, and observability across its AI services and web platform.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize the Applied AI roadmap with Product and Design, translating ambiguous goals into agent capabilities.
- Build permission-aware MCP tools and reliable agent orchestration, including workflows, streaming, retries, and guardrails.
- Create evaluations, regression suites, tracing, and metrics; own features from design through delivery.
