Provides transactional legal support for Form Energy’s commercial operations, projects, contracts, incentives, tax credits, and corporate entities.
What you'll do
- Support commercial projects through development, financing, construction, commissioning, and operations; coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and intercompany agreements, and improve contract processes, policies, procedures, and templates.
- Advise on state grants and incentives, tax credit matters, and project-related corporate entity matters.
