Leads the engineering organization building and operating the software and firmware for Form Energy’s energy storage products, from development through deployment and field support.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across embedded software, firmware, systems, manufacturing software, and fleet operations.
- Set integrated engineering strategy and build reusable software and firmware platforms, processes, and delivery tools.
- Oversee product releases and deployed fleet operations, including commissioning and service applications, observability, OTA delivery, incident response, and reliability.
