Owns onsite employee engagement, events, onboarding, and day-to-day employee support at Form Energy’s Weirton manufacturing site.
What you'll do
- Plan and run employee programs, site events, recognition activities, and visitor logistics across manufacturing shifts.
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and coordinate first-day readiness, including badges, accounts, devices, workspace, and materials.
- Support employees with HR questions and maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
