What you'll do
- Coach and develop technicians while fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to maximize equipment uptime.
- Coordinate maintenance with production and engineering teams, and maintain work orders, asset records, and performance metrics in the CMMS.
