Develop and execute sourcing strategies for PCBA and electronic components used in Form Energy’s battery systems, managing supplier relationships and commercial terms to support manufacturing scale-up.
What you'll do
- Own the PCBA and EE categories, including strategic supplier partnerships.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, lead times, and issue resolution; use cost models and market analysis to drive commercial negotiations.
- Assess market and supplier conditions and collaborate with leadership, supply chain, engineering, and strategic supply teams on sourcing strategy.
