Leads and supports production associates on a battery manufacturing line, troubleshooting issues, tracking downtime, coordinating resources, and maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues, track production downtime and limiters, and escalate problems when needed.
- Lead and guide Production Associates while coordinating materials and resources to maintain production flow.
- Support production goals, quality checks, safety compliance, and continuous improvement with the Production Supervisor.
