About the job
Leads the day-to-day operation of a production line, managing a diverse team to meet production, quality, and safety targets while supporting trials and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage production-line operations, team assignments, and performance coaching to meet schedules and targets.
- Enforce safety requirements, conduct audits, and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other shifts to resolve issues and improve processes.
