- Oversee test execution and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions for failures, deviations, and nonconformances.
- Supervise technicians, delegate workloads, and manage training and qualification records.
- Drive improvements in test efficiency, standardization, data quality, safety, and compliance.

- Experience using industry-standard metrology tools and test equipment.
