About the job
Delivers and improves hands-on production training for associates on the Anode and GDE lines, ensuring process proficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
What you'll do
- Train and coach Production Associates on procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols; coordinate training schedules.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and visual training aids with cross-functional teams.
- Assess and track employee competency and certification, and contribute to training and operational improvements.
