IT & Workplace Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Manage IT support, devices, accounts, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint systems, and workplace technology; coordinate external technical specialists.
• Oversee Bolingbrook office and warehouse operations, including vendors, supplies, maintenance, meetings, and workplace projects.
• Use AI, scripts, integrations, and other tools to automate workflows; support security operations and compliance documentation.

What they ask for

• 3–7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, technical support, security operations, technical operations, or another hands-on technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Mac and Windows, endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, and basic networking.
• Ability to automate work using some combination of scripting, APIs, AI agents, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Willingness to work with physical equipment and troubleshoot onsite.

Nice to have

• Startup or physical operating environment experience; administration of Google Workspace, MDM/RMM, EDR, or identity systems; SOC 2 support or MSP management.
• Office networking or physical-security experience; building scripts, bots, internal tools, integrations, or AI agents.

Pay

$90,000 — $120,000 USD (base salary)
