- Troubleshoot escalations from Field Service Engineers, identify root causes, and create field-ready remediation plans.
- Reproduce and test failures on equipment; analyze system data and coordinate product fixes with Engineering and Design.
- Track fleet-wide failure patterns and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases.
