Supports transactional finance and manufacturing operations by processing payables and expenses, maintaining production and inventory data, and improving accounting and plant workflows.
What you'll do
- Process vendor invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims; resolve vendor inquiries and outstanding balance issues.
- Enter and audit production data, maintain ERP inventory records, Bills of Materials, and item costs, and coordinate inventory reconciliations.
- Support process improvements and prepare variance reports for management.
