About the job
Provides customer support and education for Formlabs products, helping users resolve issues and keep their printers and machines working.
What you'll do
- Handle customer cases by email and phone, meeting published service-level agreements and documenting contacts.
- Provide technical support, diagnose issues, educate customers, and dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software with guidance.
- Share customer feedback with Formlabs teams and learn the products by printing for yourself and customers.
