Lead strategic finance planning and cross-functional analysis to guide Formlabs’ pricing, market expansion, investment, and capital allocation decisions, while supporting executive and board reporting.
What you'll do
- Own the long-range financial plan and develop board and executive financial materials, including scenario analyses and KPI dashboards.
- Lead strategic projects such as pricing, market entry, geographic expansion, and GTM investment analysis.
- Develop decision frameworks and partner with executives and business leaders on the annual operating plan and strategic recommendations.

- Track record building board-level materials and presenting to or supporting C-suite and board audiences.

- Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
Nice to have
- Experience at a hardware or “hard tech” company and understanding of physical product economics.
- Investment banking (TMT, industrials) or top-tier strategy consulting background; experience supporting capital allocation decisions is also noted as a bonus.

$105,000 — $180,000 USD (base salary)
