About the job
Leads the embedded software team and delivery of firmware and shared platforms for Formlabs printers, from development through production and field support.
What you'll do
- Own firmware delivery, milestones, quality, and release decisions for current and upcoming printers.
- Guide embedded platform architecture while staying hands-on with code review, hardware debugging, and development.
- Hire and manage engineers, partner across engineering teams, and build testing, CI, and static analysis capabilities.
