About the job
Installs, commissions, trains customers on, maintains, and repairs Formlabs 3D printing systems at customer sites across North America.
What you'll do
- Install, commission, calibrate, and demonstrate 3D printing systems; train customers on operation, software, and basic maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, respond to urgent downtime, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Manage travel independently and document installations, training, and repairs in Salesforce.
