Coordinates order fulfillment from order-system synchronization through shipping, inventory reconciliation, delivery updates, and returns.
What you'll do
- Monitor order flows and resolve sync errors, order exceptions, and aging orders.
- Coordinate warehouse operations and carrier pickups; audit shipping labels and documentation.
- Reconcile inventory, support returns, and update Customer Success on priority orders and delivery issues.
