Leads FP&A and strategic finance, owning company financial planning and analysis while building the team and advising leaders on operational and strategic decisions.
What you'll do
- Own financial models for operating plans, forecasts, strategic initiatives, multi-year plans, M&A, and sensitivity analysis.
- Build and manage the FP&A team and partner with business leaders on planning and budgeting.
- Develop financial reporting, KPI dashboards, analytics, and systems to improve forecasting and decision-making.
