Leads manufacturing engineering and global production operations to take Formlabs products from development into high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of 15+ manufacturing engineers, manufacturing software engineers, and program managers, and develop the tools, systems, and processes that bring products to market.
- Lead product operationalization and NPI, including DFM, DTC, and DFQ, cost management, and production process launch and optimization.
- Enable global and third-party manufacturing sites and expand supply-chain capabilities, including outsourced and vertically integrated functions.
