Leads the embedded software team and delivery of production firmware for current and future 3D printers, while shaping a reusable platform across microcontrollers and embedded Linux.
What you'll do
- Own firmware delivery, milestones, quality, and release decisions; stay hands-on with architecture, code review, hardware debugging, and coding.
- Set direction for shared firmware platform, testing, CI, static analysis, and updates; partner across engineering teams from board bring-up through production.
- Hire, coach, and manage embedded engineers, and trace field failures to root cause.
