What you'll do
- Oversee daily production, fulfillment, and logistics while driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage operational goals, metrics, budgets, and long-term site strategies, including risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Develop employees and collaborate across R&D, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, and Finance to align production and delivery.
