What you'll do

  • Design and optimize photopolymer formulations and establish structure-process-property relationships through experimentation and analytical characterization.
  • Lead new materials from lab-scale concept through technology transfer, scale-up, and commercial launch.
  • Collaborate with product management, hardware, and software teams to develop materials for the Form 4 platform.

What they ask for

  • BS, MS, or PhD in polymer science, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
  • Experience developing thermoset materials, including epoxies, urethanes, or acrylates.
  • Hands-on laboratory experimentation and analysis of large data sets.
  • Track record of success through publication, IP generation, or product commercialization.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies.
