Own and improve NetSuite and related operations systems to support customer fulfillment, warehouse integrations, inventory accuracy, and automated performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Automate fulfillment processes, define requirements for new tools, and implement solutions in daily workflows.
- Support data integrations among NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL partners; help resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage and improve Looker dashboards and automate tracking of fulfillment metrics using data from BigQuery, NetSuite, and carriers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- NetSuite Admin Certification and experience across Warehouse Management, Inventory, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting.
- SQL skills; basic proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; experience with EDI and system integrations.
Nice to have
- Background in global logistics, fulfillment, or a third-party logistics provider.
