About the job
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, primarily for Marketing and Sales teams, while improving recruiting practices and supporting hiring across the company.
What you'll do
- Source, interview, and hire candidates across multiple departments, including go-to-market teams.
- Provide a strong candidate experience from initial communication through final resolution.
- Improve recruiting practices and train hiring managers on networking and hiring approaches.
