What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing engineering support for global manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams; sustain production lines and support production transitions.
- Investigate manufacturing failures, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve process control, quality, reliability, and yield.
- Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI, including producibility, industrialization, first article resolution, production capacity, and process capability.

- 5+ years of technical experience; manufacturing engineering for complex electro-mechanical product industrialization at scale is preferred.
- Experience with remotely managed NPI and contract manufacturers, transitioning high-accuracy products from prototype to mass production; expertise in production quality metrics, GD&T, qualification, statistical analysis, structured problem solving, and process control.
Nice to have
- Experience with Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP product development; Six Sigma Black/Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience with JMP, Minitab, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or On Shape or Solidworks CAD modeling.
Pay
$120,000 — $225,000 USD annual base pay
