Own and improve the customer lifecycle through campaigns that drive engagement, purchases, retention, satisfaction, and customer advocacy for Formlabs’ 3D printing products.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute campaigns across the customer journey, including web, email, and other channels.
- Create customer programs and resources, tailored to customer segments and needs.
- Measure retention and engagement, optimize campaigns through testing and analysis, and collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales teams on launches and customer experience.
