Develop and launch desktop 3D printers by designing, testing, and validating mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from prototype through mass production.
What you'll do
- Prototype mechanisms, test materials, and research and improve 3D-printing subprocesses.
- Analyze, validate, and iterate on electro-mechanical systems; create CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to take designs to mass production and solve customer workflow problems.
