Consults with customers and sells Formlabs’ additive manufacturing technology, developing sales opportunities and supporting customer satisfaction and product usage.
What you'll do
- Identify and follow up on sales leads and inbound inquiries; assess upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, coordinate customer touch points, and collaborate with decision makers to develop sales opportunities.
- Represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events, and build product knowledge through hands-on training.
