About the job
Provides customer support and education for Formlabs products, diagnosing issues and helping customers keep their printers and machines working.
What you'll do
- Handle customer cases through email and phone, responding within published service-level agreements.
- Log customer contacts, provide technical support and guidance, and dispatch replacement parts, hardware, or software.
- Share customer feedback with Services peers and other Formlabs teams; learn and print with the products.
