Own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing to help scale Fortastra’s engineering, technical, and other teams, while coordinating hiring processes and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance, including screening, interviews, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
- Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers on requirements, interview plans, and hiring strategies.
- Track pipeline activity and help improve recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experience.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting engineers and technical professionals in aerospace, defense, software, robotics, autonomy, or related industries.
- Ability to source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical roles; experience managing multiple searches.
- 5 days on-site in Torrance, CA; U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or hold an active Top Secret clearance (US person considered).
Nice to have
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
