Leads the launch and operations of Fortell Research’s Los Angeles clinic while providing audiological care, fitting hearing aids, and helping improve the patient experience.
What you'll do
- Conduct diagnostic testing, consult with clients, and fit, program, verify, and support hearing aids.
- Lead clinic operations, including inventory, scheduling, workflows, follow-up, and performance metrics.
