Oversees MEP capital improvements and infrastructure projects across facilities, coordinating contractors and internal teams through delivery, compliance, and closeout.

- Coordinate MEP contractors, review technical submittals, and monitor schedules, safety, quality, and project closeout.
- Plan and track facility projects, budgets, schedules, risks, and outages while minimizing operational disruption.
- Support capital planning, troubleshooting, documentation, and status reporting to Facilities leadership.
