About the job
Provides first-level network support and deploys, configures, and maintains network infrastructure for Fortinet offices in the U.S.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure network equipment, install and upgrade hardware, and configure firewall policies.
- Document network topologies, order and rack devices, and perform cabling.
- Troubleshoot first-level support requests, coordinate with users, participate in an on-call rotation, and travel within the U.S. for network deployments and maintenance.
