Principal Agent Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement security controls for agentic AI systems, and develop tools and environments for customer evaluations, deployments, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Provide technical leadership across product development and drive technical strategy, architecture, and product roadmap.
• Own production services, improving reliability, performance, and security through troubleshooting and ongoing hardening.

What they ask for

• Strong software engineering skills in Python or Go, or a systems language such as Rust or C/C++.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating production backend services, including architecture ownership of security-critical and highly available systems.
• Strong system design and architecture skills, with sound technical trade-off judgment across security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM and agent security, including prompt injection, tool poisoning, jailbreaks, and agent security controls.
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems, including MCP, A2A, tool-calling, and agent frameworks; or professional experience in cybersecurity domains.
