About the job
Provides on-site professional services to clients, supporting Fortinet products, planning and testing changes, validating configurations, and transferring knowledge.
What you'll do
- Support clients with day-to-day Fortinet product operation and support; resolve or escalate issues.
- Develop procedures and test plans for migrations, upgrades, updates, and new features or releases; verify configurations and best practices.
- Evaluate interoperability, train client staff, and maintain competency in Fortinet products and technologies.
